Our Holistic, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Process & Finding You Program

Where other programs focus on ketamine only, we focus on providing support before, during, and after the experience to ensure the best chance at relief and integration.
  1. Evaluation - We begin with a short evaluation to gauge whether you would be a good candidate for ketamine therapy.
  2. Intake Session - This session focuses on explain the process, what to expect, and create a personalized treatment plan.
  3. Intro to Finding You - In this session we introduce you to the Finding You program.
  4. Ketamine Session - In your first ketamine treatment you’ll be guided through intention setting beforehand, a 45-minute ketamine session safely administered and monitored by our staff, and then an integration session immediately following.
  5. Finding You Integration Therapy Session - Within days of your ketamine session you’ll have a deep-dive session to review and integrate the experience so get the most out of it.
  6. Repeat Every 2 Weeks - You’ll repeat this series of ketamine treatments with Finding You program work and integration over the coming 12 weeks for a total of 6 ketamine treatments.

This outline is the general flow of our 3-month program, but it is customizable and may be adapted based on patient needs.

A Brief History of Ketamine

Ketamine is an FDA-approved anesthetic originally developed in the 1960s to treat injured soldiers in the Vietnam war and for surgical use for children, adults, and animals.

Today, lower doses of ketamine have been proven to treat mood disorders more effectively by creating new neural pathways in the brain. Ketamine-assisted therapy is quickly gaining attention and support due to how efficiently it relieves mood disorders.
